Access to the study is available in various forms:
- A Basic Subscription ($20,000) entitles a single organization to have its own access to the entire study.
- A Steering Committee Subscription ($50,000) entitles an organization (except law firms) and its members (such as trade association members) to have access to the study, plus a seat on the project’s steering committee which will manage the project.
- A Single State Subscription ($5,000 - $10,000 depending on the state) entitles an organization to access information within one state or territory.
- A Legal or Consulting Firm Subscription ($50,000) entitles a law firm or consulting firm to access the study for purposes of representing multiple clients.
- There will be a nominal annual charge to subscribers to purchase annual updates (estimated to be $3,000 or less).
